Assessment is used to pinpoint problematic areas and skilled techniques are applied to reduce symptoms and restore function.
A treatment plan is developed with clients to ensure a continued path to recovery.

90 minutes will provide enough time for treatment of multiple areas while still allowing portions of relaxation massage to lower overall body tension and allow for deeper techniques.

Stretches and home care are provided following treatment.
